Game Halo TV Show Trailer Revealed; Takes Internet By Storm

Halo fans rejoice! Based on the much-fabled video game franchise, currently managed and developed by 343 Industries, comes the Halo TV series. The official trailer has finally dropped and there is a release date set—the show will premiere on March 24th, 2022. And yes, you can watch it in India on Voot Select.

We’re just getting started. Watch the #HaloTheSeries Official Trailer today during halftime at the AFC Championship Game on @CBS and @ParamountPlus.

The live-action show will see Pablo Schreiber donning the suit of Master Chief. You may have seen Schreiber in other shows like American Gods, Orange is The New Black and the Michael Bay movie, 13 hours

Going by the trailer, it seems like creators Kyle Killen and Steven Kane will not strictly be adhering to the game’s storyline. For example, Master Chief’s team seems to be consisting of the Spartan ‘Sliver Team’ instead of the ‘Blue Team.’ It also seems like the show will be based on the later games of the franchise.

Along with, Schreiber, the cast includes Jen Taylor, Shabana Azmi and Bokeem Woodbine. Taylor, who voiced Cortana in the video games, is reprising her role here.

Here’s how the internet has reacted to the news:
